The blossoms are removed each morning and replaced with fresh ones, infusing the tea with an intoxicating, natural jasmine fragrance. This tea is crafted in the Fuzhou region of Fujian province, where jasmine tea production has been an art form since the Song Dynasty (960-1279 AD).
