Moroccan Culinary Argan Oil

Our culinary argan oil is produced by a women's cooperative in the Souss-Massa region of Morocco, the only place in the world where the argan tree (Argania spinosa) grows naturally. The argan nuts are lightly roasted before pressing, which gives the oil its distinctive deep amber color and complex nutty flavor with notes of hazelnut, caramel, and a hint of smoke. Use it as a finishing oil to elevate couscous, tagines, grilled vegetables, salads, and even drizzled over vanilla ice cream for an unforgettable treat.
