Our virgin coconut oil is cold-pressed from fresh, mature coconuts harvested on the tropical island of Koh Samui, Thailand. Unlike refined coconut oils, our virgin oil retains its natural coconut aroma, clean flavor, and full spectrum of beneficial medium-chain fatty acids. The "wet-pressed" method extracts oil from fresh coconut milk rather than dried copra, preserving the highest levels of antioxidants and lauric acid.
